I create, perform, publish, and exhibit work under the alias L05 and am based in Los Angeles, CA.

I am a Principal Technical Artist at Bad Robot Games and have done technical art and software engineering for clients such as Radiohead, The Initiative, Heart Machine, Walt Disney Imagineering, [namethemachine], Vita Motus, Amazon, Chrome Hearts, Chris Cunningham, and more.

I come from a deep background of immersive experience design and programming, with experience in live performance, video games, theater, large-scale installation, immersive cinema, and virtual reality. I have a formal education background in sound engineering, media art, and computer science. I love building tools and creating with procedural techniques.

I am a member of Detroit-based artist collective Complex Movements, helping shape the sonic, visual, and narrative experiences as one of five lead artists and serving as the group’s technical director.

I am a 2019 United States Artists Fellow, 2019 Eyeo Festival Curatorial Fellow, 2018 Santa Fe Institute Artist-in-Residence, Kresge Artist Fellow, Creative Capital Artist, and member of the Design Justice Network.
